We are not responsible for the back delivery charges. Anything that’s purchased and returns outside in some days will be credited to your E-wallet balance. For the amount you paid for that item that can be used later to purchase another item. Any made-to-order item or alteration is not refundable.

 For a refund or return of the item, we just need you to return the item in the same condition it was delivered to you. For any type of leather belt, they must have the original tags attached

and packing boxes undamaged. We would also ask if you could place the returns note as proof of purchase so the team can deal with your order quickly and efficiently.

Refunds and exchanges outside of the UK and USA, if any, shall be processed within a few working days from the day of receipt. Any refund amount will be less than the original delivery charge on your order unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. The cost of returning the returning item is not our responsibility.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory status.

Suppose a product is damaged during delivery. In the unlikely event it is faulty, we will refund or exchange the item only and not the delivery charges. Only upon receipt of the goods with the fault or damage, along with the return slip, will a refund or exchange should be given. This may take up to a few days as the product may need to inspect in the returns department. So there will not be any damage by the client.
