From the time of receipt of your purchased leather belts, you can give yourself some days to decide whether it’s right for you or not, whether it will suit you or not. If you are not satisfied with your product that you purchase and after receiving your item, if you don’t want to keep it without any reason, you can post the item back to us to refund your money or exchange the product. We are not responsible for the back delivery charges. Anything purchased and returned outside in some days will be credited to your E-wallet balance for the amount you paid for that item which can be used later to buy another thing. Any made-to-order item or alteration is not refundable.

For a refund or return of the item, we just need you to return the item in the same condition in which it was sent out to you. For any leather belt, they must have the original tags attached and packing boxes undamaged. Again, we would ask if you could place the returns note as proof of purchase so the team can deal with your order quickly and efficiently.

Refunds and exchanges outside of the UK and USA, if any, shall be processed within few working days from the day of receipt of the returned item. Any refund amount will be less than the original delivery charge on your order unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. The cost of returning the returning item is not our responsibility.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory.

If a product is damaged during delivery or is faulty in the unlikely event, we will refund or exchange the item only and not the delivery charges. Only upon receipt of the goods with the fault or damage, along with the return slip, will a refund or exchange should be given. This may take up to few days as the product may need to be inspected in the returns department, so there will be no client damage.
